When RegCompact Pro loads it shows a display of all registry hives loaded by the system. Each hive can be selected or unselected by clicking the check box for the appropriate hive in the display. Clicking the Analyze button will analyze all selected hives. After they have been analyzed, you can click Compact to compact the analyzed hives.
