Archive Folder Pairs Display
When you compare two folders, a list of archive files and their corresponding Archive Folders, is generated. To see this list click on the  "Show Archive Folder Pairs dialog" button. This brings up the Folder Archive Pairs dialog. Below is an example of pairs for Folder 1:

The Folder Path column shows a list of folders which are presumed to be an extraction from the file listed in the Archive Filename column.
The Archive, Folder and Included columns will only be filled with data if the "Include changes" option was checked for this folder in the Select Folder dialog.
The Archive column lists the number of files in the archive file. The Folder column lists the number of files in the Archive Folder. The Included column, shows how many files were different between the archive file and Archive Folder, and therefore included in the file list for this folder.
The color regions highlight three types of scenarios:
- green: most files are the same, only a few were different and included.
- blue: all files are the same and no files were included.
- red: no files were the same, and therefore ALL files were included. It is very unlikely that all files in an Archive Folder are different to those of the archive file! The most likely explanation is that the Archive Folder tree structure is "one off" from that of the archive file and therefore there were no matches.

So you can see the archive file has an extra folder that was removed from the Archive Folder, and in such a case no files would match.
IMPORTANT!
In order to obtain best results from using the "Exclude Archive Folders" feature, it is important not to change the tree/sub-folder structure in the Archive Folder from that of the source archive file.
