New
Create a new Efficient To-Do List file. At Efficient To-Do List's first run, it creates a file 'MyToDoList.etd' in the 'My Documents' folder. By default, all your information will be saved in this file. If you hope to manage your tasks in different files, you can also create other Efficient To-Do List file(s).
Open
Open an existing Efficient To-Do List file.
Save As
Save the currently open file into another folder, or into another file name.
Password
Set the password to open the current Efficient To-Do List file. By default, the file of Efficient To-Do List does not have a password. If you specify a password, you will be required to enter this password the next time you open this file. If you set a corresponding option, you may also be required to enter the password when Efficient To-Do List is restored from the minimized state. (You can click 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu, and then click the 'General' button at the left of the Options dialog box to configure this option.)
Tip: Password is case-sensitive.
Backup
Back up the currently open file. Efficient To-Do List's default backup folder is 'My Documents\EfficientPIM Backup'. To migrate Efficient To-Do List's data to another computer, you can back up the data to a USB drive. The extension of Efficient To-Do List's backup file is .etdbak.
Restore
Restore data from a backup .etdbak file to the open file. Tip: Restored data will overwrite the existing data in your currently open file.
Print Preview and Print
If some content in comment receives the focus, the relevant data will be printed; otherwise, all data in the current information list view will be printed.
