To create a new icon, click New from the [File] pull-down menu.

If you have made modification to the current opened icon, it will pop out a message box for reminding you of saving the current work. On this case, if you choose [Yes], the current modification would be saved. If you choose [NO], the current modification would be lost. If you choose [Cancel], it would return to the current work and won't create a new icon.

It will activate a new icon window for setting the options of the new icon. It includes sizes and colors for choosing.
