If you encounter a problem while running GetGo Download Manager, please visit the our website.

If you continue to have issues you can send us a description of the problem.

Please include the following information:

• The nature of the problem.
• What you were doing with the application when the problem occurred.
• The product version number. To view the version number, go to the Main window and click Help | About.
• The configuration of your computer as it applies to the issue including hardware, operating system, and supporting software applications.
